The objective: as part of a Global team initiative, develop the Global technical, user, and training manuals for the Home Dialysis Device, for Patients and Health Care Professionals (HCPs) both in the In-Centre and Home hemodialysis settings depending on local Health Authority approvals.
Two North American sales channels became apparent through the research. Canada utilizes one device for in-home and another for the In-center population, vis-a-vis Hospitals, Physicians, and HCPs administrating Hemodialysis.
For the US the in-centre machine is the primary device, as they do not have a Home-hemo designation.
