P3 Projects are “Public Private Partnerships”, typically between the Government (public sector) and the private sector. What are the benefits of a P3 approach?

In practical terms, this means that:

• The cost of the project is clearly qualified and quantified, allowing for more efficient and accurate budgeting.
• The costs are known upfront, by all parties, and span the project’s life cycle. This means that Government and Sponsor stakeholders have a clear understanding of potential risks such as cost overruns, delays, or any performance issues over the project’s life.
• Marketing and all required training materials are developed following Brand, ASC and PAAB guidelines.
